Companies wishing to list their capital raising intentions will pay an up-front listing fee of US$50 for a maximum of six months or until investment funds are no longer required. Companies are, in the process, supplied with contact details of interested investors responding to the listing. Listings will be posted without the company name or other identifiers included in the Abstract, to ensure all potential investors make contact via the site administrators. 

Socinver will be compensated with a percentage of the new money raised and / or an equity stake (i.e., stock) in the startup's company. Our participation will continue well past the fund raising process as we, a minor stockholder, will have a vested interest in the entrepreneur's long-term success. 

Once we notify you of receipt of your company details, payment must be made by check via return email.
