This site also registers individual INVESTORS, banks, venture capital firms and other Investment Groups.

In our selection process we will ask the entrepreneur for the same information required by any experienced investor.

• If you are seeking capital you will complete the application form in ENTREPRENEURS. This will be submitted via the Web to Socinver. If the entrepreneur has a written business plan, much of this information will already have been prepared.

• The completed application will be treated as confidential and will be used in the reviewing process by our evaluation team and advisors to asses what steps should be taken.

• In the final stage of the evaluation process the entrepreneur will sign the necessary LEGAL agreements detailing our mutual responsibilities and business terms and conditions. At this time the startup company will become a member and will have full access to our services to further develop the business plan, pursue seed level financing, and launch or grow the business.

• A BUSINESS PLAN Abstract will be generated from the entrepreneur's application. The Abstract is generally a subset of the application information which will be available to pre-screened investors. The entrepreneur determines what the investors will view in the Abstract and selects which investors will see what information. The entrepreneur will be able to modify the Abstract at any time. Any investor's request to see the full business plan will be relayed to the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur will then have the option to directly supply the full business plan to that interested investor.
