We'll match entrepreneurs' pre-screened investment options with pre-screened investors looking for these kinds of opportunities. The investors will be individuals, venture capitalists, and corporate investors. Socinver will not pool funds nor will the
investors' money flow through us. Funds will flow directly
from the investor to the entrepreneur, unless specifically requested by the investor.
We do participate in helping interested investors and member entrepreneurs
negotiate the startup's valuation, equity investment, and operational
participation.
